Established in 1999, Evertech (DG) Precise Tooling Manufacture Co., Ltd is located in Liuwu Industrial Zone, Shijie Town, Dongguan City. After several years of development, we have become a medium-sized enterprise with over 500 employees and RMB 75 million of fixed assets, specialized in designing & manufacturing die casting moulds, die casting parts, precise machining, and post processing for zinc alloy, aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy. We have our own export license for die-casting mould and products.

Our mould factory has sufficient equipments. Besides the basic machines for mould manufacturing, it is also equipped with top-class processing machines, international advanced processing mode of CAD/CAM/CAE, as well as high-standard engineers and management personnel. Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2000 certified. We can also conduct professional mould flow test and can make more than 70 sets of big or small moulds monthly. We design and manufacture all kind of die casting moulds for zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, and magnesium alloy, and plastic injection moulds, bakelite moulds, and hot-runner moulds.

Our die casting factory has five 18T to 200T zinc alloy die casting machines, and eleven 135T-800T aluminum alloy die casting machines and can manufacture aluminum alloy for any kind less than 800T. CNC processing center is applied in our die casting production line for precise machining and painting workshop is applied for products painting.

Our plastic factory has fifteen plastic injection machines and can process plastic parts of all specifications made by injection.

Our mould and products are highly acclaimed by customers from USA, Japan, Canada, France, Switzerland, etc. Primax, Kenny, Panasonic, ABB, TTI, Brothers and some other famous companies are our long-term customers.
